What's the idea? From Gökova Bay to Bozburun Bay you can walk on foot for half an hour, but sailing takes a whole day. This discomfort worried the ancient Greeks. They know their attempts to build a canal between the bays. Something similar to Corinth, but immeasurably smaller and shorter.

Project Overview
Short InfoIt is planned to build a canal near Bayichik Bay, a length of about 900 meters, a width of 10 meters, a depth of 5 meters. It will be required to choose more than 90 thousand cubic meters of rocky rock, and also to build a road bridge with a length of 120 m.
